  We decided on a ladies afternoon tea and glad we stumbled across this gorgeous hotel. The prices were reasonable and the food and drink were delicious. The staff couldn't be more helpful. As the entrance we used wasn't wheelchair/pram accessible the staff helped lift the pram up and down the stairs.

  We were bought a living social voucher as a gift. Our waiter Adam was very friendly and helpful. Even recommending the beer of the week which saved us money. We had tapas and although a smaller tapas portion than we are used to from our local restaurant, everything tasted outstanding and nothing required further seasoning. We also ordered a few sides and the Chunky chips are actually homemade wedges are were heavenly! Definitely will be going again.

  Service was exceptional. The selection of food was excellent and room service was quick and efficient. The room we stayed in was spacious, tasteful and had every comfort. As it was the night before my wedding the staff spent every effort making my stay extra special. Would highly recommend this Hotel if your staying in Manchester.

  Attended here for a training course- absolutely​ fantastic conference services, including great food. Only issue is the fire alarm, which you can't here in the conference centre part, in the basement! Otherwise, top notch
