  I was at the hotel for an event so I am unable to review rooms or service here. That being said, this interior hotel design has so much character!!!! It's absolutely beautiful and very detailed, with magnificent staircases and big chandeliers. The hotel is right beside a bus station and in close walking distance of both Manchester Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly stations. Overall it is a charming place, I would imagine the rooms would be just as nice but I cannot say for sure. Staff are friendly and helpful.

  What a complete and utter shambles this night away was. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child - only towels and cups for 2 people. Asked for an extra bed for the child when booking - no extra bed. No kettle. Try sleeping in this place - no chance unless you're blind drunk. If you like the noise of drunken groups and people having sex it would be the perfect place for you. Quieter and better sleep in a £12 B&B in the centre of Blackpool in summer. Would not recommend to anyone over the age of 25. Waste of £178.

  Fantastic central location and well furnished, good looking, clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff too. Only downside is that it can get a little noisy but then it is to be expected from a city centre hotel.
