  Disgraceful - paid over £600 for a private function for my dads 60th, hoping it would be a memorable occasion. Weeks before the event, extra costs were added on to the already agreed amount due to "several changes of management" so prices changed. We paid all the money without complaint, hoping it would be a great celebration and a good event.
  
  Then when the event took place, they borrowed equipment from other places which didn't work, the DJ had no idea that he should even be there, starting late and finishing early... with him only apologising constantly and telling us to contact head office, which we did. The whole thing was a bit of a sham.
  
  No response from head office at all for over the week so chased up with the bar staff and management.
  
  When we asked for some compensation (at least for the extra payments which were not required) and complained to head office, they ignored us, and left us chasing for weeks. Even now STILL no response or help.
  
  We've had money taken from us on the premise of receiving a certain service at an event, and received nothing. The staff give different accounts of what has happened and say they will call you back, which doesnt happen.
  
  Not only that, but the bar staff were on their phone most of the night & refused to serve drinks because they wouldn't go downstairs and get glassware!
  
  Avoid like the plague and certainly avoid giving The Bridge or the B Lounge your money at all costs!
