  Pretty shocking...Walked in, wasn't acknowledged by either member of staff for a while, until I said 'Hello' (ready to order). The guy working at the front looked our way then went on turned his back to us to stock drinks in the fridge (which looked like it already had plenty of drinks in it)...not for 30 seconds, not for a minute, but for about 2/3 minutes. When we said we were ready to order he said that his manager would do it. Only when we said we were leaving did he call said manager, at which point we left anyway...useless...

  Food was fine but my God was the guy who served me terrible! I rang through about 20 mins before collection, and when I got there...he was still making the pizza. So when I asked "how long" he replied "oh it's still in the oven"...well you could just be honest and say it's been manic, it's only just gone in. I can't stand it when people are dishonest to the customer. Service was poor, food was fine

  Very rude staff !!! not welcoming at all don't even give you your change or tell you how much you are owed also the pizza wasn't cut proper the service is disgusting !

  Right I wanted a small pizza for my son . The guy sold us a medium one. £7.99. I specifically said reduce the cheese. When we got the pizza it drenched in oil. Soaked that the dough looked fried! My son said I can't eat this. Awful! I will never order from this restaurant again. Yuk!
