  Amazing atmosphere. Amazing view. Lovely staff. Nice tea. I recommend you to go before sunset by 30 minutes so that you can see Manchester both at day and night and believe me it's better at night!

  I recently visited Cloud 23 with my daughter for afternoon tea. We enjoyed the whole experience. The service was good and the food was lovely with a varied selection of sandwiches and cakes. The views over the city were brilliant.

  Staff were rude, they didn't provide a service that deserved a tip and when we didn't they threw bank card down rudely. Very bad attitude. We had come from a nearby restaurant for food and given them a tip as they provided an excellent friendly service. Also for such a nice place you would expect a higher dress standard for the staff. The place itself is nice, lovely views and good range of cocktails. The staff who greet you at the Hilton were very personable.

  Lovely afternoon tea. Good selection of savouries, a delicious scone with clotted cream and three different types of cake. Good selection of teas to choose from, the Venetian rose black tea with rose petals was fabulous. The service was friendly and the views from 23 floors up is pretty amazing. We had a glass of champagne which was well chilled, crisp and refreshing with a really long lasting mousse. A good place for a bit of a treat.
