  Poor meal and worse service. Ordered a fairly standard hog burger which came with bacon on it, no cheese (if it was a substitute it would have been nice to be asked as I didn't want it) and the 4 and a half onion rings were hard as rocks. When I asked if I could please just have 2 edible ones and explained I'd be happy the girl said that was how they have been coming (meaning in pieces I think) but she could maybe ask. Partnered with the bar staff member calling over to a colleague to finish my order (half way through ordering 2 meals so nothing major??) So he could go and answer the phone - which was ringing 3 feet from the bar supervisor who was wiping a counter - without even so much as a courtesy "do you mind" kind of spoilt the whole experience. Lovely looking place, shame about the kitchen and bar staff. Wouldn't take much to just offer half way decent customer service!!

  We took two small grumpy children for brunch. The staff were very accommodating to my random requests for bananas and yoghurts that weren't listed on the menu. Our meals were very good value for the price. Couldn't have been happier with our choice of eatery.

  Quite good. A clean Wetherspoons, but as its away from a city centre and only accessible by car, then you don't get any of the undesirables who can find their way into other branches of Wetherspoons! I dine here everytime i visit the Trafford Centre. Addition:- I revisited this week and was disappointed that prices have risen significantly!

  One of the best Wetherspoons I've been to, and I've been to a few. Food was served quickly, even by Wetherspoons' standards, it was really warm, and great tasting. Staff polite and friendly, a real family friendly atmosphere. Can't fault it.
